WE KINDLY ASK THAT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN FOR ALL CANCELATIONS OR CHANGES TO EXISTING APPOINTMENTS. FOR CANCELATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, CLIENTS MAY BE CHARGED 50% OF THE APPOINTMENTS FEE OR ASKED TO LEAVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS. WE UNDERSTAND THAT GIVING 24 HOURS NOTICE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE POSSIBLE, AND IN CERTAIN CASES EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE. AFTER ALL, WE ARE ALL HUMAN! 

Late Arrivals

SHOULD YOU BE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WITHOUT CONTACTING US, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED AND YOU MAY HAVE TO BE CHARGED A 50% FEE OR NEED TO LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR TIME AND OTHER CLIENTS BOOKED DIRECTLY AFTER YOU. 

Missed Appointments

YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SERVICE SHOULD YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT MORE THAN ONCE WITHOUT NOTICE. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PRE-PAY FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS OR LEAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
